SafeGrid is developed by Brunia Bay (Pty) Ltd — a technology company with hands-on experience across neighbourhood watch programmes, armed response environments, CCTV monitoring, and live field tracking systems. We built the platform we wished existed when we were operating on the ground.
Why We Built SafeGrid
Community safety tooling was fragmented. We set out to fix that.
Fragmented Tools
Incident reporting, patrol tracking, communication, and analytics were all disconnected. Residents used WhatsApp groups. Patrol logs were spreadsheets. Reports were typed manually. SafeGrid unifies all of it.
Built on Real Experience
Every feature was shaped by real-world security operations — not theoretical workflows. The panic button flow, dispatch system, and oversight dashboards were designed by people who've actually used such systems in the field.
